OSSC Releases Important Notice For Junior Stenographers HOD 2019 Language Test

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released an important notice regarding language test for the recruitment to the post of Junior Stenographers (HOD)-2019.

As per the notice, the language test is scheduled to be held on January 8, 2022 through Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE) mode at Bhubaneswar.

The language test (English and Odia) will be based on objective type (50 questions, 25 questions each for English and Odia). The reporting time for the candidates is 9:30 am and the test will be held from 11 am to 12 pm.

“The candidates concerned are advised to download their Admission letter by clicking on the link provided in the Home page under What's New section of the website "www.ossc.gov.in" from 04.01.2022 onwards using Application Sequence No. and Date of Birth to appear the examination in the respective venue,” the OSSC notice read.

The PwD candidates having disability not less than 40% and of permanent nature who seek for taking assistance of scribe may visit the ‘Advisory Notice’ published October 24,2019 available in the website of the Commission. They are advised to apply for the purpose in the prescribed format along with required documents and send the same only through e-mail to [email protected] by January 3, 2022 for taking necessary permission of the Commission.

“COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, like use of sanitizer, social distancing, wearing of 3 (three) layer mask must be adhered to by all concerned during the conduct of examination,” the notice added.
