OSSC Recruitment 2023: Apply for over 230 posts of vital statistics assistant, check details

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released a detailed advertisement for recruitment to the post of vital statistics assistant under the health & family welfare department.

Interested candidates can apply for the posts through online mode by visiting the official website "www.ossc.gov.in. No physical copy/hard copy of the online application form needs to be submitted by the applicant.

Total 234 Group-C posts under Directorate of Health Intelligence & Vital Statistics, Odisha

Minimum Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Graduation with Mathematics or Statistics from the recognised University or its equivalent examination with proficient knowledge in Computer Application as on the closing date of registration of the online application form for the post are eligible to apply. 

Age Limit 

Minimum Age as on 01.01.2023 should be 18 years while the upper age limit is 38 years 

Plan and Pattern of Examination 

Preliminary Examination (MCQ) (If the number of valid applications is more than 9000) 
Main Written Examination:-Mathematics & Statistics: 200 Marks 
Computer Skill Test
CST (qualifying only): 50% of the total marks shall be the qualifying marks
