The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has come up with a second list of candidates for the typing and computer application test for the recruitment of Junior Executive Assistant under Odisha Secretariat Service.

A total of 1311 candidates have been shortlisted for the second phase typing and computer application test on the basis of their performance in the Language Test.

“Though above recruitment rules places no limit on the number of candidates who can be shortlisted from the 1st stage of Language Test in English and Odia to 2nd and 3rd stage of Type Writing Test in English and Test in Computer Application, the Commission (OSSC) in its advertisement in Para 4 C (d) had written "Candidates numbering about 10(Ten) times of the vacancies advertised, category wise will be shortlisted for typing test in English based on their performance in Language Test",” the OSSC said.

Accordingly, after the said Language Test, 1307 applicants were shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the Language Test In English and Odia for the Typing Test in English and Computer Skill Test. However, out of these 1307 candidates, enough candidates have not cleared the Type Writing Test to fill up 130 vacancies, the notice said.
