OSSC Recruitment 2024: Apply for Ayurvedic, Homeopathic Assistant and other posts
The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the admit card for the Preliminary Examination of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) level or equivalent recruitment examination for specialist posts.
The exam is scheduled for July 21, 2024.
Registered candidates can download their admit card from the official website of OSSC at ossc.gov.in.
The recruitment exam aims to assess candidates' eligibility for the following roles
Caretaker: 2 posts
Ayurvedic Assistant: 220 posts
Homeopathic Assistant: 216 posts
Unani Assistant: 7 posts
Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant: 212 posts
Amin: 16 posts
The age limit varies from post to post. Aspirants should refer to the official website for specific details.
All candidates must have a 10+2 degree in the science stream from recognized boards. However, for the post of Junior Fisheries Technical Assistant, candidates should have a degree in a fisheries vocational course and provide their educational qualification certificate when filling out the online form.
Additionally, candidates for this post must know how to swim well.
The recruitment process consists of three stages
Preliminary Examination: An OMR-based exam with 150 multiple-choice questions. Each wrong answer carries a 0.25 negative marking.
