The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has increased the number of vacancies under the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Recruitment Examination 2022.

While a total of 943 Group B and C vacancies were notified initially, 324 more vacancies including 56 Group B and 268 Group C posts have been added now. 

With the new addition, the total number of vacancies has reached 1267 which includes 755 Group B and 512 Group C posts.

“Delighted to inform that 324 more vacancies (56 GrB, 268 GrC) are added to the already advertised vacancies for Combined Graduate Level RE 2022. So total 1267 vacancies now ( 755 GrB, 512 GrC ) for CGLRE. Best wishes for preparation. Details on http://ossc.gov.in,” OSSC chairman Abhay tweeted. 

In view of the addition of new vacancies, the OSSC has revised the timeline for online application process. 

“In view of more vacancies included in the Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination 2022 by Corrigendum No. 6582/OSSC dated 10.11.2022, there is a need to create options for these new vacancies in the online application. Accordingly date of opening of the online application is deferred by three days to dt. 14.11.2022 and the date of closing of the online application is deferred by three days to 13.12.2022 (in modification to Para-1 of Advt. No.6490/OSSC dated 02.11.2022),” the OSSC notice read.
