The Odisha Staff Selection Commission has released the complete schedule for the conduct of Preliminary Examination of Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE)-2022. 

The Preliminary Examination for recruitment to the post of CGLRE 2022 will be held on 14.05.2023 (Sunday) in one sitting through OMR mode in all district headquarters across Odisha.

As per the programme, the preliminary examination will consist of 150 questions (150 marks, 2.30 hours duration). The examination will be conducted from 10 am to 12.30 pm while the reporting time is 8.30 am. 

The commission said there will be negative marking @0.25 marks for each wrong answer. 

"Candidates concerned are advised to download their Admission letter from the official website of the Commission www.ossc.gov.in from 06.05.2023 onwards using their User credentials," the commission said.

The PwD candidates having disability not less than 40% and of permanent nature are need to apply for taking the help of scribe in the prescribed format along with required documents by 08.05.2023. 

"No other mode of communication will be entertained in this regard. Any application/request to avail scribe facility received after the said date will not be considered. No candidate shall be allowed to use his/her Scribe or reader in the examination unless specific permission of the Commission is issued to the candidate concerned in this regard. Candidates concerned are also advised to be in constant touch with the above website of the Commission to know any further updates in this regard," the commission added.  

Under the CGL examination, the OSSC will fill up a total of 1267 vacancies including 755 Group B and 512 Group C.
