OPSC Recruitment: Registration For 351 Posts Of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon From March 15

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released an important notice regarding upgradation of the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon from Group B to Group A by the Fisheries and ARD Department.

As per the latest OPSC notice, the link for registration and payment will be active from March 15 to March 30, 2022. The last date for submission of online application is April 8, 2022.

351 vacancies will be filled up under the recruitment drive. “All the other terms and conditions of the advertisement no 4 of 2021-22 including age, educational qualification remains the same implying degree certificate and registration certificate must have been issued by 23-07-2021 as per the last date fixed in the last advertisement and must have been born not earlier than January 2, 1989 and not later than January 1, 2000 with usual age relaxations for the reserved category,” the OPSC letter read.

The Veterinary Assistant Surgeons will be recruited in the pay scale of Rs 44,900 in level 10, Cell 1 of the pay matrix provided under rule 3 of OSRP Rules, 2017 from time to time. The posts are temporary and likely to become permanent. The candidates, who had applied earlier, need not apply again.
