OPSC Recruitment 2024: Fresh vacancies announced, apply till March 16

The Assistant Chemist post vacancies have been announced by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC). 

Starting from February 12, the application process will be open until March 16. 

Candidates who wish to apply for these positions can do so by visiting the official website at www.opsc.gov.in.

OPSC Recruitment Details

Total Vacancy: 22 posts

• UR Candidates: 11 posts

• SEBC Candidates: 2 posts

• SC Candidates: 4 posts

• ST Candidates: 5 posts

Out of 22 posts, 8 posts are reserved for women.

Educational Qualification

Applicants are required to possess at least a second-class postgraduate degree in chemistry or an equivalent qualification from a recognized college or institution. This may include postgraduate degrees in applied chemistry, industrial chemistry, or analytical chemistry.

Age Limit

The minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years and the maximum age should be 38 years as on January 1, 2024.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a process that includes a written examination followed by a viva voce test.
