The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has announced the schedule for conducting viva voce test and physical verification of original documents for recruitment to the posts of programmers. 

“It is for information of all provisionally qualified candidates that, the Physical Verification of Original Documents and Viva Voce Test will be held on December 7, 2021 for recruitment to the post of Programmer in the office of the OPSC,” the Commission stated in its latest notice. 

As per the programme, the documents of candidates will be verified at 9 am while the viva voce test will be conducted from 10.45 am on December 7 at the office of the Commission in Cuttack. 

Ten shortlisted candidates will appear for the viva voce test. “Candidates are advised to reach the office of the Commission half an hour before the commencement of document verification. Every candidate is strictly advised to adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines as notified by the government from time to time while attending the document verification process,” the Commission stated. 

“It is also made clear that the candidature of these candidates for the above recruitment is purely provisional. The candidature is liable to rejection in the event of any inadequacy/ deficiency found at any stage before or after the verification of original certificates/documents and is subject to fulfilment of terms and conditions laid down in the advertisement,” it added. 

The OPSC, through the recruitment drive, will fill up two vacancies of programmers in Group B on contractual basis.
