The ongoing registration process for the recruitment of Post Graduate Teachers under Science streams in Group B State service for the newly created 10 Kalinga Model Residential Schools (KMRSs) and Biju Patnaik Adarsha Bidyalaya, under the ST & SC Development Department is going to end tomorrow (December 16).
As per the notification issued by the Odisha Public Service Commission, the online registration/re-registration and online payment of examination fees which commenced on the official website of OPSC-www.opsc.gov.in on November 17 will end on December 16 (11.59 pm). The submission of online registered applications can be done till December 23, 2021.
A total of 58 posts of Post Graduate teachers will be filled up through the recruitment drive in the pay scale of Rs 44,900 in Level 10, Cell-1 of pay matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017.
Educational Qualification:
A candidate must be having a Master’s degree in the subject concerned from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate or Must have possessed two years integrated post graduate M.Sc course from Regional College of Education (NCERT) in the concerned subject with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate
B.Ed or equivalent degree recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi with B.Ed from recognised university.
Age Limit:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 32 as on first day of January 2021, i.e he/she must have been born not earlier than January 2, 1989. There is reservation as per the prescribed norms.
Selection Procedure:
The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts shall be made on the basis of written examination and viva voce test.

Candidates must apply online through the concerned website of the OPSC www.opsc.gov.in. Applications received through any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
