OPSC Junior Assistant recruitment: Online applications underway, last date May 23

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released a notification inviting applications for the recruitment of Junior Assistant (Group-C) posts in the office of the Commission.

As per the advertisement, recruitment for the 15 posts will be as initial appointee and they will be entitled to draw consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs 13,100 under the pay band of Rs 5200-20,200 with a grade pay of 1900.

The OPSC has made available the link for online applications from April 22. The closing date of application submission is May 23, 2022.

Educational Qualification: A candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any University and must have adequate knowledge of basic Computer Skill.

Age Limit: A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 38 years as on January 1, 2022. Relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per guidelines.

Examination Fee: The examination fee has been exempted for all the categories of candidates.

Method of Selection: The selection of candidates for the recruitment of OPSC Junior Assistant posts will be made through a competitive examination and Skill Test to be conducted by the Commission.
