OPSC Invites Applications For Recruitment Of Programmer As Initial Appointee; Check Details

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has invited online application from candidates for recruitment to one ST post of Programmer in Group B in the office of the Commission.

The recruitment will be as initial appointee. During the period of initial appointee, he/she shall draw consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs 25, 300 (falling under the scale of pay of Rs 35,400 in level 9, Cell as per the Matrix provided under Rule-3 of OSRP, 2017).

As per the OPSC advertisement, the post shall continue as initial appointee for a period of six years. On the date of satisfactory completion of six years as initial appointee, he/she shall be deemed to be considered for regular appointment.

Vacancy Details:

1. Programmer: 1 post (ST category)

Age: A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 43 years as on 1st day of January 2022. He/she must have been born not earlier than January 2, 1979 and not later than January 1, 2001.

Educational Qualification: A candidate should possess Master’s Degree in Computer Application from a recognised University with at least 60 per cent marks.

As per the OPSC advertisement, the online applications will be available from February 8. The closing date for applying is February 28, 2022.
