OPSC Civil Services Main Exam schedule revised, check important notice

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has revised the schedule of some papers of the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Main Examination 2021. 

As per the latest notice of the OPSC, the main examination which was earlier scheduled to commence on February 19 will now be conducted from February 21 to March 13. On the first day of the examination, aspirants will appear for the Odia language paper in the forenoon session (9 am to 12 pm) and the English paper in the afternoon session (2 pm to 5 pm).

The General Studies Paper I and II, which are scheduled to be conducted on February 21 will now be held on March 12. Moreover, Philosophy Paper II and Psychology Paper II will be conducted on March 13 instead of March 12. 

"Besides above, the date of examination of all other papers of OCS Main Examination, 2021 intimated vide Notice stated above shall remain unchanged," the OPSC said.  

Earlier, the OPSC rescheduled the OCS Main Examination 2021 due to overlapping of the dates of the test with that of Personality Test of the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination. 

"The "Admission Certificate" and "Instruction of Candidates" for the aforesaid Examination will be uploaded in the website of Commission shortly. The candidates are required to download their "Admission Certificate"&"Instruction to candidates" from the website of the Commission at http://opsc.gov.in for admission to the examination centre," the OPSC said.
