The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the admit card for the much-awaited written examination for recruitment to Group-B posts of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) under Odisha Secretariat Service.

The admit card for the August 21 examination has been uploaded on the official website of OPSC-www.opsc.gov.in amid clamour of postponement of the examination because of date clash with SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL).

However, the official page of the commission did not open owing to technical snag leaving the aspirants harassed.

The anxious candidates took to Twitter to share their grievances and urged the OPSC to fix the website at the earliest to facilitate them to download the admit card for the examination.

Tagging the OPSC chairman Satyajit Mohanty, an aspirant Debabrata Patro wrote, “Sir we are not able to download the admit card of opsc aso examination kindly solve our problems.”

“Sir this is the condition of opsc website. Plz do something. We are unable to download ASO admit card,” complained another aspirant, Rudra Khuntia.

A third candidate, Babu Hansda wrote, “Sir good morning opsc aso admit card download problem please look in to the matter many students day night try it ? (sic).”

Earlier, aspirants had demanded to reschedule the ASO examination citing that the SSC CGL tier-3 examination is scheduled the same day, August 21. Besides, RRB PO and Railway Group D examinations will also be held on the same date.
