OMC Recruitment 2021: Notification Out For Executive Posts, Check Eligibility and Other Details  

The Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC), a gold category PSU, is inviting applications from dynamic and competent professionals in mining discipline for Baitaraini West Coal Project.

Vacancy:

Dy. General Manager (Mining), E-5 grade- 1 post (UR)
Sr. Manager (Mining), E-4 grade- 1 post (UR)

Scale of Pay:

Dy. General Manager (Mining)- Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200 (Initial Basic Pay Rs 1,05,900)
Sr. Manager (Mining)- Rs 67,700 to Rs 2,08,700 (Initial Basic Pay Rs 91,100) 

Qualification and Experience: 

Dy. General Manager (Mining): BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. from recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE with Manager’s First Class Certificate of Competency(MFCC)-Coal under the CMR,1957/2017. (Full time regular course) 
Minimum 12 years post degree relevant experience in Coal Mining out of which should have 08 years of relevant experience after acquiring MFCC(Coal).

Sr. Manager (Mining), E-4 grade: BE/B. Tech in Mining Engg. from recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE with Manager’s First Class Certificate of Competency(MFCC)-Coal under the CMR,1957/2017. (Full time regular course).

Minimum 08 years post degree relevant experience in Coal Mining out of which should have 04 years of relevant experience after acquiring MFCC(Coal). (ii) Experience in the areas of Land acquisition, Green field shall have added advantage.

Age Limit (as on 30.11.2021):

The maximum age limit for the first post is 44 years while the upper age limit is 40 years for the second post.

Selection Methodology:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of educational qualification, experience and personal interview.
