Odisha TGT, Hindi, Sanskrit teacher document verification begins today, check important details

The Directorate of Secondary Education (DSE), Odisha has published the list of allocation of districts to candidates provisionally selected for appointment as initial appointee teacher.

“The lists are purely provisional and inclusion of a candidate in the list will not as such entitle a candidate to appointment as Initial Appointee Teacher. Out of the candidates included in the Provisional Select Lists & District Allocation Lists, Appointment order will be issued by the District Education Officers only to those candidates who fulfill all eligibility conditions,” the DSE said.

The Directorate said that all documents of candidates specified in the advertisement and those verified in the districts before publication of the Draft Merit List will be verified again to determine the eligibility of candidates before appointment. 

The verification of documents of candidates will be conducted on July 28 and 29, 2022 at the offices of District Education Officers or other institutions located in the districts to which the candidate has been allocated. 

“The candidates shall also furnish self-attested copies of the documents. Copy of online application form shall also be produced during verification of documents,” the DSE said. 

As per the schedule, the documents of candidates selected for TGT PCM, TGT CBZ, and TGT Arts will be verified on the first day from 10 am to 7 pm. The shortlisted candidates of Hindi, Sanskrit, Physical Education and Telugu teachers will appear for document verification on July 29 from 9 am to 7 pm. 

The state-level orientation programme for the recruits will be held on August 1, 2022.
