The ongoing registration process for the recruitment of civil judges through the Odisha Judicial Service (OJS) examination 2021 is going to end soon. 

The registration/re-registration and payment of examination fee, which commenced on December 21, 2021, will conclude on January 20 (11.59 pm). However, candidates can submit registered online applications till January 27, 2022 (11.59 pm). 

The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), through the OJS examination, will fill up 53 posts of civil judges including 17 women under the Law Department by direct recruitment in the pay scale of Rs 27,700-770-33090-920-40450-1080-44770 with usual Dearness and other allowances. 

Age Limit: Candidates should not be more than 35 years by August 1, 2020, and must not be below 23 years of age on the 1st day of August 2021. The maximum age limit in respect of departmental candidates is not more than 39 (thirty-nine) years as on August 1, 2020. 

Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a graduate in Law of a University or institution recognised by the government.  

Examination Fee: A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs 500. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and Persons with Disability (PWD) are exempted from payment of fee.
