The Odisha State Cooperative Bank Limited is inviting online applications from the permanent residents of the State for filling up 32 vacancies of junior managers. The link for the online application process is available on the official website-www.odishascb.com.

The online registration and payment of application fees and intimation charges for the recruitment drive will commence on December 10 and continue till December 24.  

Examination Fee/Intimation Charge:

Applicants from general (unreserved) category will have to pay examination fee/intimation charge of Rs 1000 whereas the fee is Rs 600 for SC, ST, SEBC, PwD and ex-servicemen.   

Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates shall be permanent resident of Odisha. 

Candidates having MBA / Master in Banking Management (MBM) / M.A. in Economics/ M. Com with PGDCA or "A" Level Certificate from any recognised institution approved by the Department of Electronics, Govt of India or at least 2nd class Graduate with Diploma in Cooperative Management or Rural Development with PGDCA or "K Level Certificate in Computer Application. 

Age Limit:

Candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and should not be more than 32 years of age as on April 1, 2021. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women candidates 10 years for candidates belonging to PwD category and the total period of service rendered in defence service in case of Ex-Servicemen. 

How to Apply: 

Candidates can apply online only from December 10, 2021 to December 24, 2021 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Scale of Pay & other allowances: 

The post shall carry the scale of pay of Rs 16,300-1000(3)-19300-1200(6)-26500-1300(3)- 30400-1480(3)-34840-1750(4)-Rs 41840/- (20 years), Grade Pay of Rs 2000 and Dearness Allowance on the basis of Price Index as applicable to the Banking Personnel and other allowances like House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance etc. as per the rules of the Bank. 

Reservations:

Reservation will be given as per the provision of the relevant Act/ Rules/ Regulations/ Guidelines of the Government of Odisha. 

Probation: 

A person who would be appointed as Junior Manager shall be on probation in that post for a period of two years provided that the probation period can be extended to maximum period of 30 months as per the decision of the competent authority. 

Selection Process: 

Online Test: The selection of Junior Managers in OSCB will be conducted through written test- online at specified centres
