NTPC Recruitment: Big opportunity for Engineering degree holders; apply before Oct 20

National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has issued an official notification regarding the recruitment of Engineering Executive Trainees for the year 2023 through the GATE - 2023 Vacancy.

Total Vacancy: 495 posts

• Electrical Engineering: 120 posts

• Mechanical Engineering: 200 posts

• Instrumental / Electronics Engineering: 80 posts

• Civil Engineering: 30 posts

• Mining Engineering: 65 posts

Educational Qualification 

Candidates should hold a 4-year engineering degree (BE/B.Tech) in the relevant discipline for the position they are applying for.

Applicants are required to participate in the GATE 2023 Examination and secure a valid GATE score.

General and OBC candidates must have a minimum of 65% marks in their engineering degree, while SC/ST/PH candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit should not exceed 27 years as of the closing date.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be positioned within the pay scale of Rs 40,000 – Rs 1,40,000, with a basic pay of Rs 40,000 (E1 Grade). Additional benefits including Dearness Allowance, other perks and allowances, terminal benefits, etc., will be granted in accordance with the company's prevailing rules and regulations, subject to changes as per company policies during the training and after absorption.
