NTPC Recruitment 2024: Apply for Junior Executive positions

The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited is inviting online applications for the position of Junior Executive in Biomass. 

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications at careers.ntpc.co.in until October 28.

NTPC Recruitment Details

Total Vacancy: 50 posts

Tenure: One year, extendable based on performance and requirements

Age Limit

The upper age limit for applicants is 27 years.

Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for PwBD candidates. Ex-Servicemen age relaxation follows government guidelines.

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from a recognized university/college/board/institute. Candidates must have secured at least 40% marks in their graduation degrees. 

There is no minimum marks requirement for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, who can apply with pass marks. The cut-off date for age and educational qualifications is the last date for submitting applications.

Job Responsibilities 

Candidates will manage, utilize, and explore alternative uses of waste and biomass, as well as raise awareness about biomass among farmers and the public.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: Rs 40,000 (consolidated)

Additional Benefits: Company accommodation or HRA, medical facilities for self, spouse, two children, and dependent parents.

• Junior Executives will be posted in fieldwork at various NTPC stations, projects, joint ventures, subsidiaries, or offices as per organizational requirements.
