Northern Coalfields Limited announces recruitment of 1140 Trade Apprentice Trainee

Northern Coalfields Limited has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Trade (ITI) Apprentice trainees under The Apprentice Act, 1961 for the fiscal year 2023-24. 

The application process is expected to start on October 5, with the deadline for submitting applications set for October 15.

Total Vacancy: 1,140 posts

• Electronic Mechanic: 30 posts

• Electrician: 370 posts

• Fitter: 543 posts

• Welder:  155 posts

• Motor Mechanic: 47 posts

• Auto Electrician: 12 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates who have successfully completed their ITI Course (NCVT/SCVT Trade Certificate) from a recognized institute operating within the states of Uttar Pradesh or Madhya Pradesh are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

The minimum age of the candidate must be 18 years and maximum is 26 years as August 31, 2023. That is, the Candidate/Applicant should have born on or in between September 1, 1997 to September 1, 2005.

Age Relaxation

SC/ST candidates receive up to 5 years, OBC candidates get up to 3 years for reserved slots/seats. PwBD candidates can avail up to 10 years of relaxation, extending to 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
