North Western Railway announces recruitment for  Apprentice posts, registration opens from Jan 10

The North Western Railway is set to hire candidates for Apprentice positions, and the registration process is scheduled to commence tomorrow. 

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official website of North Western Railway at rrcjaipur.in. 

The registration window will be open from January 10 to February 10, 2024.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have successfully completed the 10th-grade examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board. Additionally, they should hold a National Trade Certificate in the specified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT).

Age Limit 

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and should not exceed 24 years of age as on February 10, 2024.

Application Fee

For all candidates, except those falling under the SC/ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Women categories, the fee is set at Rs 100.

Application Process

The selection process will be based on a merit list that includes all candidates applying for the notification. This list will be prepared by considering the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation, ensuring a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, along with the ITI marks in the relevant trade for which the apprenticeship is sought.
