NISER Bhubaneswar announces vacancies for scientific assistant, technician posts

The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar set up at Jatni in Khordha district of Odisha by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), has invited online applications from eligible citizens of India for several technical posts.

As per the advertisement, all the engagements will be by direct recruitment on regular basis.

The online application process has already started on October 14 and the last date is December 13, 2022.

NISER Vacancy Details

1. Scientific Assistant-B (Radiation Physics): 1 post

Pay Scale: Level 6 - 35400-112400 as per 7th CPC pay matrix

Essential Qualifications: B.Sc (Physics) with minimum 60% marks.

2. Technician-B (Mechanical): 1 post

Pay Scale: Level 3 - 21700-69100 as per 7th CPC pay matrix

Essential Qualifications: SSC (10th Standard) with minimum 60% marks + Trade certificate of minimum one year duration in the mechanical trade. OR

SSC (10th Standard) with minimum 60% marks + Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3. Technician-B (Electrical): 1 post

Pay Scale: Level 3 - 21700-69100 as per 7th CPC pay matrix

Essential Qualifications: SSC (10th Standard) with minimum 60% marks + Trade certificate of minimum one year duration in the electrical trade. OR

SSC (10th Standard) with minimum 60% marks + Diploma in Electrical Engineering
