Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) is set to hire candidates for the position of Assistant Foreman.

• Assistant Foreman (E&T) (Trainee) Grade-C: 9 posts

• Assistant Foreman (Mechanical) (Trainee) Grade-C: 61 posts

• Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee) Grade-C: 82 posts

Eligibility Criteria

The positions of Assistant Foreman in Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) require specific qualifications for each role. For the role of Assistant Foreman (E&T) (Trainee) Grade-C, candidates should hold a Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

Similarly, for the position of Assistant Foreman (Mechanical) (Trainee) Grade-C, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is the required qualification. For the role of Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee) Grade-C, candidates must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, applicants for these positions should fall within the age bracket of 18 to 30 years. 

Selection Process

Candidates will be permitted to participate in the Computer-Based Test based on the information provided in their online application form regarding their eligibility. The Computer-Based Test will be conducted independently for each post and will be worth 100 marks, with a duration of 90 minutes in a single sitting. It will consist of two sections, namely Section-A and Section-B.

Application Fee

The application fee for the Unreserved (UR), OBC-Non Creamy Layer, and EWS categories is Rs 1000, along with applicable GST of Rs 180, totaling Rs 1180. However, candidates falling under the categories of SC/ST/ESM/PwBD/Departmental Candidates are exempted from paying any fees.
