NCERT announces big opportunity for senior academic consultants; check details

National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited applications from eligible candidates to prepare panel for recruitment of the Senior Consultants.

As per the NCERT advertisement, as many as 10 senior consultants (academic) will be engaged on contractual basis. The engagements will be for the various programmes coordinated by the NCERT under Samagra Shiksha – Integrated Scheme approved by Project Approval Board (PAB) of Ministry of Education, Govt. of India for the year 2022-23 till March 31, 2023.

The last date to apply for the NCERT senior academic consultant job is August 5, 2022.

NCERT Vacancy Details:

Senior Consultant (Academic): 10 posts

Remuneration: Rs.60,000 per month (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification: Post-Graduation in Science/Mathematics/Social Sciences/Humanities with qualifications as per UGC guidelines for Assistant Professor at entry level.

Five years’ experience in the field of educational research/curriculum designing and development/teacher education (pre-service and in-service).

B.Ed/M.Ed. from recognized university/institute.

Age: Retired persons not exceeding the age of 65 years may also apply.

“These posts are purely temporary and NCERT reserves its right not to fulfill all the posts mentioned in the advertisement keeping in view the performance and suitability of the candidates appeared in the interview. Further, the post is contractual against PAB programme with no provision of increment in the remuneration and it will not provide any claim for regular employment in NCERT,” the advertisement read.
