The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna Central PSU, is inviting applications from eligible and interested candidates to join the organization in the positions of superintendent and operator (boiler) at its smelter and power complex, Angul.

SUPT- 2 posts, TO -7 posts, T1 -4 posts, T2 -4 posts, Total- 17 posts
Minimum requisite qualification:
For SUPT and TO, candidates must have passed Matriculation/equivalent or ITI and possessing 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency issued by the government.
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/equivalent or ITI and possessing 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Competency issued by Government for T1 and T2 posts.
Emoluments & other benefits:
Candidates selected for the post of SUPT (JOT) will be required to undergo, on-the-job training, for a period of 12 months. During the training period, they will be paid stipend of Rs12000/- per month. After successful completion of one year SUPT, induction would be made to Jr Operative Trainee (JOT) for a period of 18 months. During the training period, they will be paid stipend of Rs15000/- per month for the first 12 months and Rs15500/- per month for the remaining six months of training.
Operator (boiler) Gr III -Rs.29500-3%-70000, Operator (boiler) Gr II - Rs.31500-3%-80000, Operator (Boiler) Gr.I T2 Rs.34000-3%-90000.
Selection Process: The applications shall be scrutinized as per the requisite criteria as specified in this advertisement and the eligible candidates shall be shortlisted for the written test and / or trade test.
