NALCO foundation seeks applications for multiple positions; check selection process, last date

The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) Foundation is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the posts of Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Civil Engineer and Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Coordinator/CSR Field Coordinator.

The engagement will be on tenure basis initially for a period of three years for the COO and CFO and five years for remaining posts.

Requisite Qualification 

MBA/PG Degree/ Chartered Accountant/CMA/Diploma/BA in relevant disciplines. 

Upper age limit as on 31.10.2022

The upper age limit is 62 years and 55 years for first two posts while it is 35 years for the remaining positions.

Salary

COO- 1 lakh per month
CFO- Rs 80,000 per month. 
Project Manager Rs 60,000 per month
Assistant Project Manager-Rs 40,000 per month
Civil Engineer-Rs 40,000 per month
MHU-Coordinator/ CSR Field Coordinator Rs 30,000 per month

Selection Process

Selection for Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be through interview only. For the positions of Project Manager, Asst. Project Manager, Civil Engineer, & MHU Coordinator candidates will be short-listed through written test and for the group discussion subject to fulfilling the criteria as specified.
