Educational Qualification

Candidates are eligible for this position if they hold a two-year MBA in Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, Analytics, or International Trade. Alternatively, candidates with a Graduate Degree must have a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, International Trade, or Supply Chain. Desirable qualifications include a working knowledge of Kannada.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for candidates in the Unreserved (UR) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories is 27 years. The cutoff date for determining the maximum permissible age is February 24, 2024.

Selection Process

The selection process will involve an initial shortlisting based on the valid UGC-NET December 2023 marks, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

Pay Scale

For Grade E2, the starting basic pay is Rs 50,000, with a scale of pay ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,60,000, resulting in an approximate annual CTC range of Rs 16 lakh to Rs 18 lakh.

Application Fee

General, OBC (including non-creamy layer), and EWS category applicants are required to submit a non-refundable application fee of Rs 118, while candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
