The Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission (NHM) is currently accepting applications for 5582 Community Health Officer (CHO) positions. 

The application process began on January 29 and will conclude on February 7.

• UR Candidates: 2233 posts

• EWS Candidates: 558 posts

• OBC Candidates: 1508 posts

• SC Candidates: 1172 posts

• ST Candidates: 111 posts

Educational Qualification

Applicants who have successfully completed B.Sc. (Nursing) with the integrated curriculum, including the Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN), OR have completed the Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course with the integrated curriculum, including the Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from a recognized Institute or University approved by the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council, starting from the academic year 2020 onwards, are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate must be between 21 years to 40 years as on last date of submission of application form.

• A new page will appear on the screen

• Complete the application form with the necessary details
