Meghalaya HC recruitment: Vacancies announced for stenographer and other posts

The High Court of Meghalaya has invited applications from citizens of India for filling up several posts.

As per the advertisement, the posts of stenographer, junior administrative assistant, junior grade translator, computer operator, mali will be filled up.

The last date for receiving online applications is July 23, 2022.

Vacancy Details:

1. Stenographer: 1 post

Scale of Pay: Level 16 (Rs 49,000)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with diploma in stenography in English with minimum speed of 120 wpm in shorthand and typing speed of 50wpm in computer.

2. Junior Administrative Assistant: 9 posts

Scale of Pay: Level 10 (Rs 35,100)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with knowledge of computer.

3. Junior Grade Translator (Hindi): 1 post

Scale of Pay: Level 8 (Rs 30,300)

Qualification: Graduate with Hindi as one of the languages at the degree level with Diploma/Certificate course in translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a university/institute recognised by the government.

4 Computer Operator: 1 post

Scale of Pay: Level 7 (Rs 28, 400)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with diploma/certificate in computers.

5. Mali: 1 post

Scale of Pay: Level 1 (Rs 17,400)

Qualification: SSLC passed from a recognised board with knowledge of gardening work .
