With the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) announcing Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) 2022 for filling up of various teaching and non-teaching posts, aspiring candidates have already started preparations to grab desired posts. 

Though as many as 4014 posts will be filled from amongst the existing employees of the central schools, cracking the LDCE would not be a cakewalk for all. Therefore preparations as per the scheme of the examination and syllabus are a must for the applicants.

Here is a look at the post-wise scheme of exam for LDCE 2022      

1. Scheme of Examination for Recruitment of Finance Officer through LDCE

The written test is of 150 marks (150 objective type multiple choice questions) carrying 01 mark for each question. The duration of written test will be 150 minutes. Candidates securing minimum 40% marks would qualify for empanelment.

Syllabus: Part-I: Administration & Accounts, Part-II: General Knowledge, Reasoning Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, General Hindi & General English

2. Scheme of Exam for Recruitment of Principals through LDCE

The written test is of 180 marks (180 objective type multiple choice questions) carrying 01 mark for each question. The duration of written test will be 180 minutes. Minimum 40% would qualify for empanelment.

Syllabus: General awareness, Reasoning & Proficiency in Languages, Perspectives on Education and Leadership, School Administration & Finance 

3. Scheme of Exam for Recruitment of Vice Principal through LDCE

The written test is of 180 marks (180 objective type multiple choice questions) carrying 01 mark for each question. The duration of written test will be 180 minutes. Minimum 40% would qualify for empanelment.

Syllabus: Part I - General awareness, Reasoning & Proficiency in Languages, Part II - Perspectives on Education and Leadership, 

4. Scheme of Exam for Recruitment of Head Masters through LDCE

The written test is of 180 marks (180 objective type multiple choice questions) carrying 01 mark for each question. The duration of written test will be 180 minutes. Minimum 40% would qualify for empanelment.

Syllabus: Part I - General awareness, Reasoning, Part II -Perspectives on Education and Leadership, Part III - Subject-specific Syllabus.

5. Scheme of Examination for Recruitment of Section Officer through LDCE 

The written test is of 150 marks (150 objective type multiple choice questions) carrying 01 mark for each question. The duration of written test will be 150 minutes. The question papers are divided in three sections.

Syllabus: Part-I: Office Procedure, Office Management & Reservation policy40 Marks, Part-II: General Aptitude, Part-III: Administration & Finance.

6. Scheme of Exam for Recruitment of Post Graduate Teacher through LDCE

The written test is of 180 marks (180 objective type multiple choice questions) carrying 01 mark for each question. The duration of written test will be 180 minutes.

Syllabus: Part I - General awareness & Reasoning, Part-II: Perspectives on Education and Leadership, Part III - Subject-specific Syllabus.
