Kendriya Vidyalaya recruitment: Last chance to apply for 13404 vacancies as deadline extended

If you are a job seeker and somehow missed the application deadline for the Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) recruitment, here is a piece of good news for you. 

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has announced extension of the last date for applying for as many as 13404 vacancies of teaching and non-teaching posts. 

As per the revised deadline, eligible candidates can now submit online applications for the advertised posts till January 2, 2023. Earlier, the deadline was December 26, 2022. 

"Competent authority of KVS has decided to extend the last date of submission of online application for Officers Cadres, Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts in KVS from 26.12.2022 to 02.01.2023 (00.59 Hrs.)," read a notification issued by the Sangathan. 

"Other terms and condition regarding age, qualification, experience etc. will remain same (i.e. 26.12.2022) as mentioned in the Advertisement No. 15 & 16," the notification added. 

It can be mentioned here that the KVS will altogether fill up 13404 vacancies through the recruitment drive. 

While 6990 vacancies for Assistant Commissioner, Principal, Vice Principal, PGT, TGT, Librarian and other non-teaching posts will be filled, 6414 vacancies are available for primary teacher posts through direct recruitment. 

The date of the written test will be notified by the Sangathan later.
