ISRO Recruitment 2024: Apply for Scientists and other posts by March 1

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has invited applications for various positions including Scientists/Engineers, Technical Assistants and more. 

The deadline for submitting the application forms is March 1. 

Individuals interested in these positions can complete the application process online via the official website www.isro.gov.in.

Total Vacancy: 224 posts

• Scientists/Engineers: 5 posts

• Technical Assistant: 55 posts

• Scientific Assistant: 6 posts

• Library Assistant: 1 posts

• Technician- B/ Draughtsman B: 142 posts

• Fireman A: 3 posts

• Cook: 4 posts

• Light Vehicle Driver A: 6 posts

• Heavy Vehicle Driver A: 2 posts

Educational Qualification

To be eligible to apply, candidates must have passed Class 10th/Class 12th/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant discipline from recognised Board or Institute.

Age Limit

The minimum age of the candidate to apply for the post is 18 years, for more details about the maximum age limit, candidates must check the official notification for more details.

Relaxation in upper age limit by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, against the vacancies reserved for these categories.

Application Fee

There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs 250 for Scientist/Engineer – SC/Technical Assistant/Scientific Assistant. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs 750 per application as Processing fee. The Processing fee will be refunded only to candidates who appear in the written test.

There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs 100 for Technician-B/Draughtsman-B/Cook/Fireman-A /Light Vehicle Driver-A/Heavy Vehicle Driver-A. 

However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs 500 per application as Processing fee.

• Fill out the application form

• Pay the application fee

• Download and take printout of the application form for future use
