ISRO announces vacancy for trade apprenticeship, check stipend and other details

The Indian Space Research Organization Headquarters (ISRO HQ), Bangalore has invited application for apprenticeship for one year training in several trades including B.E./B.Tech, Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Commercial Practice under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Amendment Act of 1973.

The candidates, who have Degree / Diploma from any recognized University / Technical Board coming under the Southern Region of Board of Apprenticeship Training (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry) for the training year 2022-23, can apply.

Details Graduate Apprentices

1. Civil Engineering: 3 training posts

2. Mechanical Engineering: 1 post

3. Computer Science Engineering: 1 post

4. Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 1 post

5. Electronics and Communication Engineering: 3 posts

6. Industrial Engineering: 2 posts

7. Fire Technology & Safety: 2 posts

Monthly Stipend: Rs 9000

Essential Qualification: Pass in first Class B.E/B.Tech in the respective field with not less than 60% marks/ 6.32 CGPA.

Technician Apprentices

1. Civil Engineering: 3 posts

2. Mechanical Engineering: 2 posts

3. Computer Science Engineering: 2 posts

4. Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 3 posts

Monthly Stipend: Rs 8000

Essential Qualification: Pass in first Class Diploma in Engineering in the respective field with not less than 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA.

Diploma in Commercial Practice

1. Diploma in Commercial Practice: 20 posts

Montly Stipend: Rs 8000

Essential Qualification: Pass in Diploma in Commercial Practice with not less than 60% marks / 6.32 CGPA awarded by recognized Board.
