IRCTC announces recruitment for Group General Manager posts

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has invited online applications from candidates to fill up positions of Group General Manager on deputation basis. 

Applications for the IRCTC recruitment can be submitted on or before August 10.

Total posts: 2

Qualification and Experience

• Officer having IT exposure will be preferred 
• Officer having experience of the Commercial Department of Indian Railways 

The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific areas as per the requirement will be taken into consideration.

Pay scale and age eligibility

Rs 37,400 - Rs 67,000 per month GP-10000 (6thCPC)/Level-14 (7th CPC), CDA pattern. 

Or

Rs 37400 – Rs 67000 per month GP-8700 (6thCPC)/Level-13 (7CPC), CDA pattern with minimum 03 years’ service in 8700 GP/Level-13.

Candidates applying for the IRCTC jobs should be less than 55 years

Perks and Benefits

Parent pay plus deputation allowance as applicable and all other perks and allowance applicable as per IRCTC policy. Medical and Uniform finess allowance is 7 percent of the basic pay.
