The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is accepting applications for Apprentice positions. 

Interested candidates can apply online on the official website, iocl.com. 

The registration window opens on December 16 and closes on January 5, 2024.

Educational Qualification

For being eligible to apply for the post, candidates must have passed Class 10th/Class 12th/Diploma/Graduation in relevant discipline from recognised University/Institute.

Age Limit

Candidates should be between 18 years and 24 years old as of November 30, 2023. SC/ST candidates have a maximum age of 29 years (with a 5-year relaxation), and OBC-NCL candidates have a maximum age of 27 years (with a 3-year relaxation). 

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) categories enjoy an age relaxation of up to 10 years, with SC/ST and OBC-NCL candidates within PwBD eligible for additional relaxations of 15 and 13 years, respectively.

Selection Process

Selection will be determined by the candidate's performance in the online test and fulfillment of the specified eligibility criteria. The online test will comprise objective type multiple-choice questions with four options, where one is correct. Mere success in the online examination or completion of document verification/empanelment does not guarantee engagement as an apprentice in IOCL.
