IOB announces recruitment for 66 Specialist Officer posts, check pay scale

The Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has released a notification for Specialist Officer posts. 

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the official IOB website at iob.in. 

The registration process commenced on November 6 and is scheduled to conclude on November 19, 2023.

Total Vacancy: 66 posts

• Manager: 59 posts

• Senior Manager: 5 posts

• Chief Manager: 2 posts

Educational Qualification

To be eligible to apply, candidates must have full time Bachelor’s degree from recognised University/Institute.

Age Limit

The age limit differs for each post, refer to the official notification for specific details.

Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD category are required to pay only Rs 175 as intimation charges, while candidates from other categories need to pay Rs 850 as application fees. Payment can be made through IOB Net Banking or Other Banks' net banking.

Selection Process

The selection process will comprise an Online Examination followed by an Interview. Candidates who qualify in the Online Examination will be invited for a personal Interview. Details regarding the venue, time, and date for the Interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through the Interview call letter, which will be sent via email. It is mandatory for candidates to attend the Interview as per the provided information in the call letter.

• MMGS II: Rs 48,170 – Rs 1,740 / 1 – Rs 49,910 – Rs. 1,990 / 10 – Rs 69,810

• MMGS III: Rs 63,840 – Rs 1,990 / 5 – Rs 73,790 – Rs. 2,220 / 2 – Rs 78,230

• SMGS IV: Rs 76,010 – Rs 2,220 / 4 – Rs 84,890 – Rs. 2,500 / 2 – Rs 89,890
