Indian Navy announces recruitment of Chargeman-II, salary upto Rs 1.12 lakh

Indian Navy invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Chargeman-II (redesignated as Chargeman).

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.

The online registration portal will open on May 15 and candidates can submit their application before May 29.

Total vacancy: 372 posts

• Electrical Group: 42 posts

• Weapon Group: 59 posts

• Engineering Group: 141 posts

• Construction and Maintenance Group: 118 posts 

• Production Planning and Control Group: 12 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidate must have a Degree in Science with Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics from a recognised University or a Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate discipline from a recognised University or Board.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate must be between 18 years and 25 years as on May 29, 2023.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST candidates: 5 Years

• OBC candidates: 3 Years

• PwBD candidates: 10 Years

Application Fee

Candidates have to pay a non-refundable/non-transferable application fee of Rs.278 (Rupees Two Hundred and Seventy Eight only) + applicable charges if any is to be paid by the candidates.

All women and SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Pay Scale

General Central Service, Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Pay Scale- Level-6 (Rs 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400) in the Pay Matrix.
