Indian Coast Guard announces Assistant Commandant vacancy, check details
The Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union, has invited online application forms for the recruitment of Assistant Commandant (Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer).
Interested and eligible candidates can register through the Coast Guard recruitment website joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.
The registration process will begin on January 25 and will continue till February 9, up to 5 pm.
General Duty (GD): 40
Commercial Pilot Licence (SSA): 10
Technical (Engg): 6
Technical (Electrical/ Electronics): 14
Law Entry: 1
For being eligible, the candidate must have passed 12th class/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Law from a recognised University/Institution.
The candidate should have been born between 1 July 1998 to 30 June 2022 for all the posts except CPL (SSA).
For CPL (SSA), the candidate should have been born between 1 July 1998 to 30 Jun3 2004.
The upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates is applicable only if posts are reserved for them.
Candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs 250 through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/Master/Maestro/RuPay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI.
