The Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, has initiated the registration process for the position of Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Uttar Pradesh circle. 

Eligible candidates are invited to submit their applications online through the official website at www.indiapost.gov.in. 

The deadline for submitting the hard copy of the application form is 42 days from the publication date of the advertisement in the employment news, concluding on February 16.

The age of candidate should be between the age of 18 years and 27 years as on February 16, 2024.

India Post Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification

The candidate must hold a valid driving license for both light and heavy motor vehicles, demonstrating expertise in motor mechanism to address minor vehicle defects. Additionally, the applicant should have a minimum of three years of experience in driving both Light and Heavy motor vehicles. A 10th standard pass from a recognized Board or Institute is a prerequisite. Furthermore, possessing three years of service as a Home Guard or Civil Volunteer is considered a desirable qualification.

The Candidates who will qualify Stage 1 have to appear for Stage II. candidates who will qualify each paper of stage II have to appear in the final merit list.
