India Post has invited applications for filling Multi-Tasking Staff, Postman and Postal Assistant vacancies in Uttar Pradesh circle. Candidates can check the notification on the official website of India Post at www.indiapost.gov.in.
As per the official release of the office of the Chief Postmaster General UP Circle, Lucknow, the last date of application submission for the India Post jobs under sports quota is November 5.
Age Limit to Apply for India Post Recruitment 2021:
Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Postman: Between 18-27 years. Candidates applying need to be born not before 02.01.1994 and not later than 01.01.2003.

MTS: Between 18-25 years. Candidates should not have born before 02.01.1996 and not later than 01.01.2003.

Educational Qualification: While applicants need to have completed 10th class from a recognised board to apply for MTS position, 12th pass is necessary to apply for the other posts apart from the requirements under the sports quota.
Pay Scale:
Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant: Rs 25500 to Rs 81000 in Level 4 as per Pay Matrix specified in Part A of Schedule of Central Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 plus admissible allowances.
Postman: Rs 21700 to Rs 69100 in Level 3 as per Pay Matrix specified in Part A of Schedule of Central Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 plus admissible allowances.
Multitasking Staff: Rs 18000 to Rs 56900 in Level 1 as per Pay Matrix specified in Part A of Schedule of Central Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 plus admissible allowances.
