INCOIS announces vacancies for project assistant, administrative assistant and other posts

The Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) Government of India, has invited online applications for engagement of manpower on contract basis.

As per the INCOIS advertisement, the positions will be initially for a period of one year, extendable based on performance/project requirement on year-to-year basis till March 2026 or co-terminus with the projects whichever is earlier.

The last date to apply is September 9, 2022.

INCOIS Vacancy Details:

1. Project Scientist-III: 9 posts

Age Limit: 45 Years

Consolidated Monthly Emoluments: Rs 78,000 + HRA

2. Project Scientist – II: 14 posts

Age Limit: 40 Years

Consolidated Monthly Emoluments: Rs 67,000 + HRA

3. Project Scientist – I: 59 posts

Age Limit: 35 Years

Consolidated Monthly Emoluments: Rs 56,000 + HRA

4. Project Assistant: 36 posts

Age Limit: 50 Years

Consolidated Monthly Emoluments: Rs 20,000+ HRA.

5. Project Scientific Administrative Assistant: 6 posts

Age Limit: 50 Years

Monthly Emoluments: Rs 18,000 + HRA

6. Expert/Consultant (Scientific): 5 posts

Age Limit: 65 Years

Remuneration: To be calculated on deducting the pension from the Basic pay drawn at the time of reirement for those covered under Government pension scheme. The consultant shall also be entitled for Transport Allowance. OR
