IGNOU Recruitment 2023: Apply for 200 Junior Assistant-cum-Typist posts, check details

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the non-teacning posts of Junior Assistant-cum-Typist (JAT)-2023 in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

The online submission of the application forms through the official website (https://recruitment.nta.nic.in/) has commenced on March 22, 2023. The last date for submission of applications and payment of fee through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI is April 20, 2023 (upto 23:50 hrs).

Essential Qualifications

10+2 With a Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English and 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer 

Age Limit

The age limit of candidates should be 18-27. The cut-off date to determine eligibility in terms of age of candidates will be 31-03-2023. Relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per the rules.

Scheme of Examination

There will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) to be conducted in bilingual (Hindi/English) form by NTA. On the basis of CBT, the merit list will be prepared keeping the number of candidates to be qualified as ten times the number of vacancies.
