IDBI Bank opens recruitment for specialist cadre officer posts with attractive pay scale

IDBI Bank has announced job opportunities for Specialist Cadre Officer positions, inviting applications from eligible candidates.

• Fraud Risk Management: 9 posts

• Risk Management: 8 posts

• Corporate Credit/ Retail Banking (including Retail Credit): 56 posts

• Infrastructure Management Department (IMD) – Premises: 5 posts

• Security: 4 posts

Educational Qualification

To be eligible to apply, candidates must have passed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline from recognised University or Institute.

Selection Process

The selection process for the mentioned post/position will involve a preliminary screening of specified eligibility criteria, including age, educational qualifications, and work experience, as declared by the candidate in the application form. Pay Scale

• Deputy General Manager, Grade ‘D’: Rs 76,010-2,220(4)-84,890-2,500(2)-89,890 (7 years), Gross emolument for metro cities is anticipated to be approximately Rs 1,55,000 per month.

• Assistant General Manager, Grade ‘C’: Rs 63,840-1,990(5)-73,790-2,220(2)-78,230 (8 years), Gross emolument for metro cities is expected to be around Rs 1,28,000 per month.

• Manager – Grade ‘B’: Rs 48,170-1,740(1)-49,910-1,990(10)-69,810 (12 years), Gross emolument for metro cities is estimated to be approximately Rs 98,000 per month.
