IDBI Bank bring big opportunity for Graduates, salary upto Rs 6.5 lakh; check details

IDBI Bank has announced opportunities for Junior Assistant Manager and Executive positions.

Eligible and interested candidates are invited to submit their applications through the official IDBI Bank website at idbibank.in. 

The registration period is set to commence on November 22 and will conclude on December 6, 2023.

IDBI Recruitment Details

Total Vacancy: 2,100 posts

• Jr Assistant Manager: 800 posts

• Executive: 1,300 posts

Educational Qualification

An individual must hold a degree from a recognized university in any discipline, and the university should be recognized or approved by the Government/Government bodies such as AICTE, UGC, etc. Completion of only a diploma course will not be deemed sufficient to meet the eligibility criteria.

Age Limit

The age range for eligibility is between 20 and 25 years. Candidates should have a birthdate falling between November 2, 1998, and November 1, 2003, inclusive.

Selection Process

For the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade 'O' position, the selection process will encompass an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI), and a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

As for the Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) role, the selection process will involve an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), and a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Application Fee

• Rs 200 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (Only Intimation Charges)

• Rs 1000 for all other candidates (Application Fees and Intimation Charges)

Emoluments

Upon joining the Bank's services as a Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade 'O,' the compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis will vary from Rs 6.14 lakh to Rs 6.50 lakh in Class A cities at the time of joining.

As for the Executive, a fixed remuneration will be provided, with a consolidated amount of Rs 29,000 per month in the first year and Rs 31,000 per month in the second year.
