IBPS announces tentative exam calendar for 2024: Check key dates and registration details

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a tentative calendar for various examinations scheduled in 2024. 

To access the details, candidates are advised to visit the official website ibps.in. 

The preliminary examinations for Office Assistants and Officer Scale I at regional rural banks (IBPS RRB Clerk and RRB PO) are tentatively set for August 3, 5, 10, 17, and 18, 2024.

The single examination for Officers Scale II and III is scheduled for September 29, while the Main examination for Officers Scale I is expected on the same date. For Office Assistant vacancies, the Main examination is anticipated on October 6.

IBPS PO Prelims exam is likely to take place on October 19 and 20, with the Main exam expected on November 30. IBPS SO Prelims exam is projected for September 9, followed by the Main exam on December 14.

The IBPS Clerk Prelims examination is tentatively scheduled for August 24, 25, and 31, with the Main exam set for October 13. Detailed notifications for all these exams will be released in due course on ibps.in.

"The registration process will be conducted online, and a single registration will cover both Preliminary and Main examinations, wherever applicable," the institute stated.

Candidates must upload the following documents as per the specifications outlined in the notification:

• Photograph of the Applicant – 20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg file

• Signature of the Applicant – 10 kb to 20 kb in .jpeg file

• Thumb impression of the Applicant – 20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg file

• Scanned Copy of handwritten declaration, following the provided format in the respective notification – 50 kb to 100 kb in .jpeg file.
