Hindustan Copper Limited Recruitment: Apply for Assistant Foreman, Mining Mate Grade 1 posts

The Hindustan Copper Limited is currently accepting online applications for 26 vacancies in the positions of Assistant Foreman (Mining) and Mining Mate Grade 1.

Educational Qualification

To be eligible to apply, candidates must have Diploma in Mining Engineering with three years of experience in large underground metalliferous mines or Matric with 5 to 6 years of experience in large underground metalliferous mines. And Valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency for metalliferous mines (unrestricted) and Valid First Aid certificate.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for General and EWS candidates is set at 35 years as of September 1, 2023. However, there are relaxations in the maximum age limit for certain categories. Specifically, SC/ST candidates can avail a relaxation of up to 5 years, while OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates can enjoy a relaxation of up to 3 years from the standard age limit.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a two-step process, starting with a written test followed by a Trade Test. The written test will comprise multiple-choice questions. Those who pass the written test will proceed to the Trade Test.
