FCI recruitment: Big vacancy of over 5000 posts out, apply from Sept 6

In a good news for job seekers, the Food Corporation of India (FCI) has released a fresh recruitment notification to fill up Assistant Grade 3 vacancy. 

A total number of 5043 vacancies will be filled up in five zones i.e. West Zone, South Zone, North Zone, East Zone, and North East Zone.

The online application process for the FCI Assistant Grade 3 Recruitment 2022 will start on September 6, 2022 and the last date to apply is October 5, 2022.

FCI Zone-Wise and Post-Wise Vacancies:

North Zone- 2388 posts
South Zone- 989 posts
East Zone- 768 posts
West Zone- 713 posts
NE Zone- 185 posts

Qualification/Experience as on 01.08.2022:

Degree in respective engineering disciples, graduation

Selection Process:

The online test will comprise of Phase-I and Phase-II exams. 
Skill Test: Candidates applying for the Post of Steno. Grade-II (Post code-C) will need to take Paper -III in Phase II for Online Test. Thereafter the candidates will undergo a Skill-Test in typing and shorthand which will be of qualifying nature.

A candidate can apply only for any one of the post code A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H (within the zone).

Application fees (non refundable) payment of fee online: The Candidates applying for the post (any one within the zone) are required to submit application fee of Rs. 500/- (Excluding bank charges but including G S T ) .

How to Apply: 

Candidates to go to the FCI website (https://www.fci.gov.in) and click on the option "APPLY ONLINE" which will open a new screen.

Tentative schedule:

• Submission of Online Application Form along with fee payment will commence from 06.09.2022 from 10:00 Hrs (IST) 
• Last Date & time for submission of Online Application and payment of fees. 05.10.2022 till 16:00 Hrs (IST) 
• Availability of Admit Cards on website for download 10 days prior to announced date of examination 
• Date of Online Test Will be announced in website https://www.fci.gov.in Tentatively in the month of January 2023
