The Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM), an all-India premier financial institution engaged in financing, facilitating and promoting India’s international trade, is inviting applications for the post of management trainees. 

The bank will fill up a total of 25 management trainee positions. The selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India, depending on the requirement of the bank.

Application Timeline:  

The online application has commenced through the website- http://ibps.sifyitest.com/iebmtfeb22 from February 25, 2022. The last date for submission of application and payment of examination fee is March 14.  

Essential Academic Qualifications: 

MBA/PGDBA with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University/Institution or Chartered Accountants (CAs). 

Age Limit: 

Maximum age as on September 30, 2022 including age relaxation (years) is 25 years for UR/EWS candidates, 28 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and 30 years for SC/ST candidates. 

Application Fee:

Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) of Rs 600 for General and OBC candidates, Rs 100 (Intimation charges) for SC/ST/PWD/EWS and female candidates. 

Salary: 

Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM) I as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of traineeship for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of Rs 55,000 will be paid during the period of traineeship. The current CTC of Deputy Manager is Rs 17 lakh per annum approximately.  

Selection Process:

The Selection Process will comprise Written Test and Personal Interview.
