ESIC recruitment 2024: Walk-in announced for Senior Resident posts, check if you are eligible

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has officially released a notification for the recruitment of Senior Resident (Regular) and Senior Resident against GDMO for one year through a walk-in interview.

Candidates should appear for the interview on July 18 and July 19, 2024.

Senior Resident (Regular): 64 Posts

Senior Resident against (1 year against GDMO): 52 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

For the role of senior residents in broad specialties and super specialties the candidates should have MBBS and PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from a recognized university.

However, if candidates possessing PG degree in the concerned super specialty are not available, those possessing PG degree in Medicine will be considered for medical super specialties departments such as gastroenterology, nephrology and cardiology etc.

Similarly, candidates possessing PG degree in Surgery will be considered for Surgical super specialties departments such as Pediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, etc.

Age Limit

The age limit for these role should not exceed 45 years as on the date of the interview. The age limit relaxation for the reserved category candidates will be as per the guidelines of Government of India.

Application Fee

Candidates should pay Rs 300 as Demand Draft. However, in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST Rs 75 (Non-Refundable) drawn in favour of “ESIC Saving Fund Account No 2”payable at New Delhi is required; PWD and female candidates are exempted from payment of Fee.
